Preface and Premise to the Sovereign Community.
Preface and Premise to the Sovereign Community.
The many men and women who have worked tirelessly over a number of years to bring into fruition this opportunity to participate in the development and enjoyment of this Sovereign Community have done so based on an underlying belief and love for the American Way of life that our Founding Fathers secured for us all.
This status of sovereign which our Creator bestows upon us all is a right we all should cherish for what it really is. Our Founding Fathers reflected this attitude in the closing sentence of the Declaration of Independence by saying … ” And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our Sacred Honor”.
The opportunity that exists within this jurisdiction of the Sovereign is a realm most consistent with the free enterprise process, established and protected by our freedom documents. John Adams, 2nd President of the United States declared: “You have rights antecedent to all earthly governments; rights that cannot be repealed or restrained by human law; rights derived from the Great Legislator of the Universe.”
This realm is derived from principles and values rather than rules; it does not consist of absolute, inflexible statutes but rather of broad and comprehensive principles based on morality, justice, reason, conscience, truth, and common sense. This Jurisprudence system is based on judicial precedent (court decisions) rather than the mass volumes of codes and absolutist legislative statutes which bind the citizens and stifles the creative fluids of the people subject to exclusive U.S. jurisdiction which the Sovereign realm is not a part. This Sovereign realm which is based upon and supported by the common law has only two solid principles upon which all law is based;
(1.) Do not encroach upon the Rights or property of others.
This principle has its roots in the biblical ‘Royal Law’,
“Do unto others as you would have them do unto you “.
2.) Keep all contracts and agreements that you enter into knowingly, voluntarily and intentionally.
The desire to reestablish this sovereign community is the desire to exercise our unalienable rights, by claiming our sovereignty and rights as a Citizen of one of the 50 states under the Constitution instead of the exclusive U.S. jurisdiction. Our Supreme Court gave the following extremely eloquent summary of ‘unalienable rights’: “As in our interaction with our fellow men, certain principles of morality are assumed to exist, without which society would be impossible. So certain inherent rights lie at the foundations of all action, and upon recognition of them alone can free institutions be maintained. These inherent rights have never been more happily expressed than in the Declaration of Independence, the evangel of liberty to the people: “We hold these truths to be ‘Self Evident’ – words so plain that their truth is recognized upon their mere statement – that all men are ‘endowed’ – not by the edicts of Emperors or decrees of Parliament, or acts of Congress, but by their Creator with certain unalienable rights” – that is, rights which cannot be bartered away, or given away, or taken away … and that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and to secure these – not grant them but secure them – “governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers, from the consent of the governed.”- Butcher’s Union Co. Vs. Crescent City Co. U.S. 746, at 756-757.
The status of sovereignty was also expressed in the case of Yick Wo Vs. Hopkins and Woo Lee Vs. Hopkins, 118 U.S. 356. The courts rendered this decision. “Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law for it is the author and source of law.”
Within this Sovereign Community there exist three separate and distinct divisions of the Sovereign authority. The interaction between these divisions of Sovereignty is what is known in our political system as “Federalism” and begins with We the People as expressed above. Butcher’s Union Co. Vs. Crescent City Co. U.S. 746 at 756 – 757
The Second division of the Sovereign authority is that which the Stats are allowed to exercise. It may be objected to this definition that the power of taxation is not confined to the people and property of a State. It may be exercised upon every object brought within its jurisdiction. This is true. But to what source do we trace this right? It is obvious that it is an incident of sovereignty, and is coextensive with that to which it is an incident. All subjects over which the sovereign power of a State extends are objects of taxation, but those over which it does not extend are, upon the soundest principles, exempt from taxation. This proposition may almost be pronounced self-evident. The sovereignty of a State extends to everything which exists by its own authority or is introduced by its permission. McCulloch v. Maryland 17 U.S. 316 (1819) We the people of this State support our State in the exercise of its sphere of action within this Sovereign Community.
The third division of the sovereign authority is that of the general Government of the Union. If any one proposition could command the universal assent of mankind, we might expect it would be this — that the Government of the Union, though limited in its powers, is supreme within its sphere of action. This would seem to result necessarily from its nature. It is the Government of all; its powers are delegated by all; it represents all, and acts for all. The people of all the States have created the General Government, and have conferred upon it the general power of taxation. The people of all the States, and the States themselves, are represented in Congress, and, by their representatives, exercise this power. When they tax the chartered institutions of the States, they tax their constituents, and these taxes must be uniform. McCulloch v. Maryland 17 U.S. 316 (1819)
We the People of these united States support the Government of the Union in its exercise of its sphere of action. The powers not delegated to the Government of the Union in the Constitution for the United States of America, are reserved to the States or to the People by the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution for the United State of America.
Based on the fact our founding fathers fought to establish the sovereign realm and the Supreme Court precedents reflect and amplify these sentiments we believe it is a way of life worth fighting all enemies domestic and foreign to preserve. We believe to be born free is a privilege, to die free is an awesome responsibility. After much consideration and prayerful thought it has become evident that within the Sovereign Communities of the States in the Union there are areas of concern that need to be addressed on a regular basis to ensure that the powers that be are confined to within their jurisdiction and sphere of action.
The main area of concern is that of the State government officials’ understanding of Constitutional Law and its protections afforded to the citizens. There must be monitoring of government activities on a regular basis by the citizens of the States in the Union and there must be funding available for such purposes.
The next area of concern is that of the Local government officials’ understanding of Constitutional Law and its protections afforded to the citizens. There must be monitoring of local government activities on a regular basis by the citizens of the local communities and there must be funding available for such purposes.
The third area of concern is that of the financial condition of the citizens of the States in the Union. There must be a plan put in place that will allow the citizens of each State in the Union to once again take control of their financial destinies.
The following business system establishes the parameters of function within this sovereign community process. A process we feel everyone should embrace. This methodology was designed to be consistent with the principles just covered; to create financial independence for all within the Sovereign community. However, to accomplish our goal of allowing each citizen of the sovereign community to regain control of their financial destiny, there must be the understanding that “Big Money” is “Little Money’s” worst enemy. With that understanding we can look around us on every turn and see how that the corporate world has gradually forced the little man (mom and pop) out of the business world and into the work force of corporate America. Once that milestone was completed, the next step was to send all of mom’s and pop’s “jobs” overseas. No business, no job, what to do? Many folks, and more every day, have turned to “Big Government” just to keep body and soul together.
This methodology is designed to work for 97% of the people. The reason it will not work for the other 3% is that they are Big Money. This business system will allow the free enterprise process to function within Constitutional parameters and common law.
Within this sphere of the Sovereign authority, we will be exercising our constitutionally guaranteed right of contract. Only by allowing this relationship to be Sovereign to Sovereign and never allowing the process to become involved in the Special Maritime and Territorial Jurisdiction of the United States of America can we truly enjoy the “unalienable rights” “endowed” to us by our Creator “declared” by our Declaration of Independence and “protected” by the Constitution for the United States of America. These fundamental rights are the birthright of every Citizen born in one of the 50 states!
Therefore this Sovereign jurisdiction is reestablished. A jurisdiction we must always embrace and remain within. For to voluntarily depart by entering the exclusive U.S. jurisdiction would be allowing and authorizing that jurisdiction to control us and therefore exchanging our unalienable rights for privileges granted to us within that jurisdiction with the attached costs of those privileges.
We must always embrace this fact; God created the Sovereign realm, and the sovereign people created the general government of the Union and gave it its own special maritime and territorial jurisdiction, exclusive U. S. jurisdiction. We select and prefer the former over the latter, for there is where the true American Dream and the Cornerstone of freedom exists. This sovereign community is what government was instituted to protect.
As an incident of this sovereignty, We the People must establish a cooperative organization, Consumer Support Group, in each of the 50 States of the Union for the mutual benefit of our financial freedoms. These cooperatives must operate intrastate as much as possible for the purpose of eliminating the burden on our general government of having to regulate our interstate activities. The purpose of these cooperatives is to establish and oversee the operations of distribution centers that are owned collectively by the Sovereign State Distributors of each State. Each State Consumer Support Group will be directed by a Board of Governors elected by the membership with Advisory Council Members assisting in each County who are also elected by the members in that County. There will be council members elected in each city within the counties for the purpose of assisting the Advisory Council in keeping the membership informed relative to the Board of Governors and the Membership statewide. The Board of Governors will be the first line of defense in the monitoring our State and local government agencies and will be assisted by the Advisory Council Members. Each member will be a Sole Proprietor, distributing goods and or services through our distribution centers to their customer base. The members of their customer base will have contracted to purchase goods and or services from them in predetermined amounts based on their customer’s earnings from CSG, not to exceed $500 per month.
It took Big Money 100 years to bring us to the place where we are today. It took him that long because he had to dumb us down and lull us to sleep in order for him to bring us here. He did not twist our arms nor did he fire a single shot in order to bring us on our downward journey. We do not have to sound the horn or make a loud declaration that we are coming to bring us back to being the greatest nation on earth.
Therefore as in the spirit of our Founding Fathers’ expression in the Declaration of Independence, … “with a firm reliance on the protection of Divine Providence, we also mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor”.
If you want to participate in our Sovereign Community and help to restore to the Little Men and Women what Corporate America has taken from us, contact an Advisory Council Member in your County if there is one that has been appointed there. If not, Contact us to request membership. If you have the time and would like to serve as a temporary Advisory Council Member for your county let me know as well.
